Terms & Condition

  1. General terms and conditions

  • The prices quoted for our event/ bootcamp/ training are valid only for the specific event/ bootcamp/ training advertised.

  • Please note that the prices do not include any travel, accommodation or living expenses which may be incurred by delegates/ participants in the course of their training unless stipulated in the training enrolment agreement.

  • The course fee(s), are payable in full upon confirmation. Customers who want to make payments from foreign accounts or credit cards will be responsible for all bank charges in relation to the overseas transaction.

  • We may levy an administration fee on any cancellation. This term overrides any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the delegates/ participants.

  • Cybersage's liability for any loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the event/boot-camp/ training out of which the loss or damage has arisen Cybersage will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.

  • Delegates/ participants must ensure that they can attend the training courses which they are scheduled to attend. Cybersage will not be held liable, financially or actually, for their non-attendance, whatsoever the reason may be.

   2. Instructor-led online event/boot-camp/ training

  • Cybersage reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event/boot-camp/ training, or change the location of an event/boot-camp/ training due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

 

  • We will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. For any courses which are rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as trainer sickness/course low fill except force majeure), every endeavour will be made to provide a replacement trainer or to reschedule the course and we will offer delegates as many options as possible to complete their training programme.

 

  • Contents of course are intended for general guidance only. We make no representations or warranties with respect to the results of your certification.

 

  • The Customer accepts that it is their responsibility that the course booked is suitable for the requirements and abilities of the delegates attending.

 

  • The trainers may recommend courses or learning solutions, however, the assessment and the final decision concerning the suitability of the course is the Customer’s responsibility.

 

  • In cases where we have made recommendations, we do so in good faith and will not be willfully misleading. All training courses are delivered only in English unless specified otherwise and all Delegates must be sufficiently proficient in the English language before attending the course. Regional languages may be used by the trainer on a case to case basis to facilitate learning.

 

  • All intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of Cybersage. The delegate/ participant agrees not to reproduce, sell, hire, lend or copy the course materials or use them except for the purpose of personal reference.

 

  • Cybersage warrants that it will not knowingly include any copyright material in its course materials without licence or consent.

 

  • Cybersage does not accept responsibility for intellectual property used during any training provided which does not show an affiliation to Cybersage. 

 

  • Cybersage does not accept responsibility for the content of any third party sites that may be referenced by our trainers. 

   3. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds.

  • In case Cybersage cancels an event, a full refund may be paid to the delegate/ participant depending on the circumstance. If a cancellation is desired by the delegate/ participant, the terms as per our refund policy shall apply.

  • A delegate/ participant may write to us to reschedule their participation for the event/boot-camp/ training. Such requests shall be accommodated as per prevailing conditions and circumstances. We do not guarantee that we will accommodate the delegate/ participant in another event/boot-camp/ training.

  • When a refund is issued to the delegate/ participant, it may take up to 7 -10 working days to be processed.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method specified by the delegate/ participant. Deposits and credit card surcharge and banking fees are non-refundable.

  • Non-attendance of any event/boot-camp/ training for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation with no notice and payment is due in full. 

  • Part attendance of an event/boot-camp/ training is when a delegate does not continue to the full event/boot-camp/ training completion.In this situation the delegate will not be entitled to any refund for event/boot-camp/ training or part of the course that were not attended, this will be deemed as non-attendance.

       Refunds are only given under the following circumstances:

 

  • You are no longer interested. Write to us 48 hours prior to the start of the event/ boot-camp/ training and we will be happy to offer a full refund minus applicable service fee. (Service fee is paid to a third party and is not refundable.)

  • You did not find the session beneficial. While we hope you do, we are happy to offer a full refund minus service fee. This is only applicable if you write to us post end of Day 1 of the training and share specific feedback about the session, trainers, content etc. (Service fee is paid to a third party and is not refundable.)
